Celebrate Life

The "Celebrate Life" picnic is Kids Kicking Cancer's largest annual event with approximately 500 people in attendance each year. This day long event is held in the month of May at various locations throughout the state of Louisiana. A delicious bar-b-que  is provided to feast upon and the children delight in music, face painting, craft activities, contests and games make this a day for the kids to remember!

The Celebrate Life picnic is held at no cost to the children and their immediate family. This year's picnic was held May 6th, 2007 at Lyn Haven Park in Hammond, Louisiana.  This day has been officially declared Kids Kicking Cancer Day by the Louisiana Legislature.
